Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, is requesting quotes from State Licensed Septic Contractors to design and install a subsurface sewage treatment system for the dwelling located at 9151 State Highway 23, Milaca MN. This project shall include properly removing/disposing of the existing system as necessary, obtaining a design and permit for the new system, installation of this system, and providing vegetative cover by planting grass seed and a fast-growing cover crop such as rye for erosion control. All parts of the system shall be designed and installed in accordance with MN Rules 7080-7083. SSTS Abatement Design and Installation Copies of the Bidding Documents Are Available for Viewing at the Mille Lacs County Historic Courthouse; There is No Cost for the Bidding Documents. Bidders May Elect to Have the Bidding Documents Shipped to Them for a Fee. Bidding Documents May Also Be Viewed And Downloaded Online. The County Reserves the Right to Waive Any Bid for Non-conformity With The Bidding Process, or All Bids at Its Discretion. Alternately, the County May Waive Minor Non-conformities at Their Discretion.
