PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is accepting proposals from qualified licensed contractors for the First Floor Building Expansion of new and remodel construction of office space at the Energy Service Center (ESC) building located at 1701 South 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34947. 2.
