The City of Levelland invites qualified consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications for the construction and project management of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City Council will consider awarding the contract for construction and project management of a new 1.8 MGD WWTP at its Regular Meeting on May 5, 2025. The RFQ should contain the 1) Name of the Firm with a brief history and overview; 2) Name of Firm's Representatives assigned to this project including experience with the firm, wastewater projects and other public infrastructure projects; 3) Familiarity with City of Levelland projects; 4) Experience with taking over a project after bid completion and construction award; 5) Project financial management experience and communication methods; 6) Experience with State permitting regulations; and 7) Collaboration with staff - experience working and collaborating with City Council and staff.
