All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the Mason County PUD No. 1 and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The Work shall be physically complete within 30 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. PREVAILING WAGE: All contractors and subcontractors are required to pay Washington State prevailing wage in accordance with all applicable RCWs and Washington State laws.
