Damaged or copper taps will be replaced with 4 ACSR (Swanate). The segment between Hwy 106 and Sunnyside Rd. will be converted to underground, with 1.2 miles of underground infrastructure installed before cable placement and termination. Following the underground installation, the overhead line in this section will be removed by Contractor. The Work shall be physically complete by October 31, 2025. All contractors and subcontractors are required to pay the higher Federal Wage Rate (Davis Bacon) or Washington State prevailing wages. The applicable Davis Bacon Wage Determination number is WA20250053.
