ODVA is in the process of designing a new Veterans Home in Roseburg, Oregon, to be built on a parcel of land that is planned to be donated to ODVA by the USDVA. This parcel is approximately 14 acres and is currently part of the VA Medical Center campus. The facility is planned to be approximately 122,000sf with capacity for 154 beds, and patterned after the Lebanon Veterans Home. The selected consultant will work directly with the ODVA Facilities and Construction Project Manager, ODVA's Architect, Engineers, consultants, and other parties as appropriate, to carry out Geotechnical Engineering Services related to the development of the land for the new Veterans home facility.
