Track Field Facility Improvement Project Info Contact: Joy Yori As described in full detail in Exhibit A - Construction Drawings, UCC's Track and Field Facility Improvements Project consists of site preparation and excavation followed by construction of a mechanically stabilized earth wall, new track surface, installation of select athletic event equipment, ADA compliant spectator seating area, fencing, utilities improvements, installation of controlled access points, and parking lot improvements for an NCAA Class 3 compliant track event facility. The project will be comprised of new materials and does include connections to existing underground utilities and the adjacent Field House Building (s). The work will be performed at the designated site on the Umpqua Community College Campus located at 1140 Umpqua College Rd, Roseburg, OR 97470. Work performed under the contract will require coordination with other trades and the track surface manufacturer/installer. Exhibits A - Construction Documents and Exhibit B - Special Provisions and Equipment Specifications are attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. The work to be done under this Contract consists of the following, but not limited to: 1. Demolish and remove the existing track surface. 2. Construct mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall. 3. Excavate and remove native material for spectator seating area. 4. Prepare subgrade for track surface. 5. Place Asphaltic Concrete Pavement (ACP) in preparation for track surface. 6. Construct permanent fencing to enclose facility to include collapsible bollards. 7. Place conduit for future electrical additions to include scoreboard and lighting. 8. Construction concrete footings (bases) for future for light poles. 9. Construct a steel gate at entry road access point from parking lot. 10. Obtain and install track and field event equipment per specification. 11. Obtain and assemble / install bleachers. 12.
