Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a warehouse / distribution facility.

A. Description of Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work specified within these specifications and as shown on the drawings. Work includes 1. Demolition & Removal a. Warehouse Building Exterior 1) Excavate and dispose of approximately 5 yards of material and vegetation on the northeast side of the building to facilitate the construction of a cast in place concrete pad. Location shown in drawings. 2) Remove existing outdoor air conditioning unit along with all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical associated equipment. The outdoor air condition unit is located on the northwest side of the building and is shown in the drawings. b. Interior of Warehouse building: 1) Remove all existing overhead gas furnace units within the warehouse building located in the following rooms: Record Room, Restroom, Main Warehouse, Secure Storage, and Radio Electric Shop. o Remove existing all natural gas lines connecting each of the furnace units. o Cap natural gas lines at designated locations shown in drawings. o Remove, cut, cap and secure corresponding Type B Vents attached to existing overhead gas furnace units so they protrude from ceil-ing at a minimum of 1.5" and a maximum of 3". Refer to speci-fication 002222 for further information. Work under this project may consist of, but not limited to, Demolition, Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical.
