UCC is undertaking the remodel of the existing Community & Workforce Training Building located on the UCC campus. The existing building is estimated to have originally been built in 1966. The building is approximately 13,000 square-feet was originally designed for use as classrooms, a science laboratory, storage, and lecture room. Prior updates to the building include creating computer lab space, community workforce training rooms, and a multi-medium room. The project involves the remodel/renovation of current instructional and laboratory spaces, which includes project components listed below. This is not an all-inclusive list and should not be viewed as such. The project may contain unforeseen conditions. See Exhibit 1 Schematic Design Proposal. o Asbestos Abatement.
