Performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for: The encapsulation of the existing roof using WeatherWeld 16-30 system and Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating at the OCWD Annex Building. The Contractor shall complete Work in sequence listed below. Completion dates of the various stages shall be in accordance with the approved construction schedule submitted by the Contractor. 1. Preparation of a construction schedule and schedule of values 2. Construction of a temporary work area and staging area for use during construction. 3. Repair any damage to the substrate, remove any exposed or erupted fasteners, and clean thoroughly in preparation to receive the roof system. 4. Apply seamless roof membrane materials to provide watertight roof assembly that meets WeatherWeld warranty requirements. Encapsulate entire roof area. 5. Install flashings and accessories. 6. Install walkway pads (where applicable). 7. Apply anti-skid traffic coating (where applicable). 8. Site cleanup and demobilization.
