Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fountain Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project No. P1-133 will replace the primary influent splitter box launders, replace primary sludge pumps and VFDs, and install a foul air sump pump. Project No. FE19-11 will add a go/no-go alarm system based on loss of ventilation consistent with current NFPA 820 requirements, and new lighting fixtures in the main gallery at each of the primary sludge pumps. Project No. P1-133 will be performing electrical work in the same areas as Project No. FE19-11, making it beneficial to combine the two projects. OC San will construct both projects as a single bid package. Questions Cut Off Date: All communications concerning this IFB must be in writing. Written questions regarding details of this IFB will be accepted (i.e., must be received) by OC SAN until 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time Zone), October 27, 2021. Written questions must be sent to the attention of Diane Marzano, Senior Contracts Administrator, by email at construction@ocsan.gov. All questions submitted shall contain the following title in the Subject line: "PROJECT NO. P1-133: Bidder Questions." All questions submitted shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the section entitled "Bidders' Questions Submitted By Electronic Mail." Online Q&A No Addendum #1-#4 have been issued, as of November 15, 2021.
