Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested consists of approximately4,050 lineal feet of street construction, consisting of traffic control and detour signage, concrete pavement removal, bituminous pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter removal, concrete sidewalk and driveway approach removal, clearing and grubbing of trees, unclassified excavation, crushed aggregate base coarse,preparation of gravel base, preparation of subbase, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete driveway approaches, pedestrian ramp installation, utility adjustments, bituminous pavement, lawn restoration and epoxy pavement marking. 5% bid security is required.
