This permit letter is providing MOU coverage for the 2025 Eau Claire County Highway Department's upcoming proposed projects. Please note, three proposed projects are combined into this letter for coverage. The others listed in the MOU Excel sheet for 2025 do not require a DNR Transportation Permit. The three projects covered under this are: 1. CTH QQ (Sandusky Dr-CTH Q) Pavement Replacement 2. CTH K (E. Hillsdale Rd-CTH D) Pavement Replacement 3. CTH M (Lange Rd- CTH RR) Culvert Replacements The work under this contract shall generally consist of the following major items: removing asphaltic surface, excavation, borrow, prepare foundation for asphaltic paving, base aggregate, pulverize and relay, hot mix asphalt pavement, culvert work, salvaged topsoil, erosion control, traffic control, pavement marking, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
