Renovation of a municipal facility in Pelican Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Schoepke in Oneida County is seeking bids to re-sheet and re-roof 46' x 76' existing Town Garage at 1834 Milwaukee St., Pelican Lake, WI 54463. Call Town Chairman Bob Mott at 920-716-2528, with any questions. Work consists of: Re-Roof o Remove existing roof trims as required o Install 4" of fiberglass insulation o Install Butler's 24 gauge, MR-24 standing seam roof. Roof sides splices will be seamed on site with a mechanical seamer. o The existing roof will remain o Install perimeter trims as necessary Re-Sheet o Remove the existing wall panels and remove from site o Install Butler's 26 gauge, Shadowall wall panels in a stock color finish including color matching screws o Install trims as required including re-wrapping the overhead door framing. Exterior Walk Doors o Replace the (2) walk doors with 3'0" x 7'0" painted steel door frames and insulated steel door leafs with the following hardware: Lever lockset, hinges, closers, latch guards, perimeter brush weather stripping, brush sweep and threshold. Miscellaneous Exclusions o Relocation or replacement of any electrical or utility items.
