Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hopland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Gutter Replacement Services Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for the removal and replacement of gutters at Cal Fire's Mendocino Unit (MEU). This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing gutter systems. The new gutters shall be seveninch (7") fascia seamless style, with the addition of Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) approved gutter guards to comply with fire safety standards in California A Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) goal is not required, As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Written Question Submittal May 02, 2025 All questions should be emailed in writing to Derek.Fergason@fire.ca.gov Bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current C-43 Sheet Metal Contractor license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall obtain, pay for and maintain, in good standing, all necessary licenses and permits to accomplish the work. Bidders will be considered non-responsive unless proper licensing requirements are met. An invalid license will result in rejection of the bid. Positive verification of a valid license issued by the CSLB will be performed by CAL FIRE (reference Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15). This Agreement will commence on June 01, 2025 (estimate) This Agreement shall expire on May 30, 2028 (estimate)
