The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District has a requirement to a new consolidated rigging facility including parachute rigging facility consisting of drying tower, packing lanes, parachute repair room, supply rooms, storage areas, oxygen systems maintenance room, and a classroom, building information systems and sustainability and energy features Supporting facilities include all related site-work and utilities (electrical, water, gas, sanitary sewer, and information systems distribution), lighting, parking, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, roads, and other site improvements. Special ion includes sustainable ion features complying with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED ver 4) Silver.
