Renovation of a municipal facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described the removal and disposal of the existing roof system down to the deck and the installation of new TPO based roof system on Water One's O&M Building and adjacent Analyzer Building, located at 7601 Holliday Drive, Kansas City, KS 66106. The total roof area for this Work encompasses approximately 24,000 Ft. The work is to include the following: replacing all penetrations, coping metal, flashings, moving, removing, or repositioning any antenna and roof top equipment, and capping unused/abandoned roof penetrations. The work also includes complete replacement of the skylights, and lightning protection on the O&M Building as well as the installation of walk pads on both buildings. The Bid security shall be made payable, without condition, to Owner The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Public Works Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract.
