Project Description: The Project consists of constructing a new Fire Station, which will include site work and utility connections, and the construction of a single story 7,396 square foot building with three engine bays, living and office quarters for County of Tulare Goshen Fire Station 7 at 31041 Robinson Rd., Goshen, CA 93291. Design and develop new fire station building. Work to include new facility comprised of offices, reception, lobby, (3) apparatus bays, exercise room, kitchen, living room, dormitory, laundry, shower rooms, turn out room, and associated site work. Included in the site is an emergency generator and a draft tank. APN: 075-440-003 & 075-440-004 Should a bidder find discrepancies, inconsistencies or omissions from the Drawings, Specifications and Related Documents, or should a bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, they shall at once notify the County by email: MVan fossen@tularecounty.ca.gov. Any such item not brought to the County's attention by 12:00 p.m., May 1, 2025
