Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6, subsections (b) through (m), all general contractors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors in license classifications A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C- 42, C43 and C- 46 who intend to bid on the project must be pre-qualified.
