2025 Hot Mix Asphalt and CSS-1 Liquid Asphalt Requirements of the Clallam County Public Works Department. Bid price is to include all applicable taxes and to include delivery to various locations Bidding related questions regarding this supply contract may be directed to Jason O'Dell at (360) 417-2434. Clallam County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Clallam County will determine the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the terms of Clallam County Code Section 3.12.070; and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in the process or to accept the bid which in its estimation best serves the interests of Clallam County.
