117 Thornberry Lane Site Improvements Project The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Material Bond in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. A Certificate of Insurance, showing proof of Workers Compensation Coverage, must also be submitted. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Brier Crest Woods reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or take such other action that may deem to be in the best interest of the Owner and as may be permitted by law. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bids may be held by the Owner for a period of 45 days from date of Bid opening for the purpose of reviewing Bids and investigating qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding Contract.
