This Project Includes the Following Items of Work: * Removal and Replacement of Damaged Guardrail, Post and Supports in Various Locations Throughout the County S The Contract Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Who Best Meets the Requirement of Summit County and the Public Interest.
