Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified emergency power automatic transfer switch (ATS) replacement service providers. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Submit questions regarding the proposals to wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov. The pre-bid meeting for this project is posted on the Summit County website The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
