Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,600-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction contract for the demolition of the existing Frisco Transit Center building at 1010 Meadow Drive, and construction of a new 3600 SF Frisco Transit Center building and associated site work at the same location.
