Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond. On all bids below the amount of $100,000.00, the City of Enid reserves the right to waive any or all bond requirements.
