Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the final time set for receipt of bids, as well as bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A Business Relationships Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Energy Discrimination Elimination Act of 2022 Boycott Affidavit, and a Cashier's Check, a certified check or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of base bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond.
