The work consists of repairing the concrete pavement and pavement joints in the service cart storage area pavement with specialty sealant and providing are inforced concrete pavement service entrance to the facility. Due to the cold temperatures of LOX, the new pavement will have a specialty stainless steelexpansion joint and strategically placed pavement joints to handle the extreme temperature swings. The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project XTLF 24-1031, Repair LOX Pavement Near F61 and F62. Due to the cold temperatures of LOX, the new pavement will have a specialty stainless steel expansion joint and strategically placed pavement joints to handle the extreme temperature swings. Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals.
