A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide for the design and installation of a turnkey audio visual system at An Achievable Dream Tennis Center, located at 1300 Ivy Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607. The Achievable Dream Tennis Center consists of 4 indoor courts or 3 indoor basketball courts on a tennis hard-court surface. The building is air-conditioned and heated for year round comfort. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Provide all labor and materials for the design and installation of a "turnkey" audio visual system at the Achievable Dream Tennis Center with the following general specifications: o Fully integrated audio visual system setup that can be controlled via iPad and central controls in the main office area o Surround sound with multiple, customizable zones in the gym and speakers for announcements in the main atrium o Custom cage/mount(s) to protect speakers in the gymnasium o Control center installed in the main office o Two (2) 85 inch televisions mounted to each side of the gym (4 total), with the ability to cast movies and other items from the iPad/control system o Gaming system integration with televisions o Custom Plexiglass cover for the TVs to protect from various sports equipment o Two (2) wireless microphones The City desires that the project be completed no later than June 1, 2025. Contractor shall communicate with the City point of contact regarding days they will be working at the facility. Work can be done any time between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The work area shall be made safe for use as a gymnasium every day by 5:00 PM.
