Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,732-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Description: Bartlett Cocke as the general contractor and construction manager at risk for the project is requesting pricing for preconstruction services for Design Assist for the new SHSU Academic Building. This will include assisting the design team with ways in which to reduce costs or reduce labor intensive details. You will be required to attend design meetings are we progress through design. Please reference the RFP and the bid form. This could lead to the award of the masonry scope for the project through this method. Please reference the documents for insurance and bonding information. Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer.
