License Requirements Proponent shall identify, obtain, and provide any and all licenses including a City of Temecula Business License. Project Duration It is the intent of the City to enter into a two (2) year agreement for fiscal years 2025-2027, with an option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year agreement terms, not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The restrooms shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and sanitary condition daily. o Restrooms shall be serviced daily, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including all holidays). o Clean, stock and lock restrooms and associated gates at Community Parks between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. o Clean, stock and lock restrooms and associated gates at the Neighborhood Parks between the hours of 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. o Clean, stock, and lock restrooms and associated gates at school Facilities as indicated in the Fee Schedule (Attachment 1 - Excel Worksheet) and School Site Maps (Attachment 2 - PDF) at 10 p.m. o Record and submit daily all maintenance activities, vandalism, and graffiti on Restroom Maintenance Checklist (Exhibit C) form and submit via email to the City's Maintenance Superintendent or other designated person. o Keep and provide records as required by City representative. o Provide all necessary equipment, tools, chemical disinfectants and sanitizer, supplies, etc. necessary to perform specified work. o City to provide all paper products and trash container liners (toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels). Submit request for products weekly. o Perform all activities in a safe manner pursuant to requirements by OSHA, utilizing all personal safety items required to prevent accidents, illness or injury to maintenance personnel. o Some situations may require additional janitorial work to be performed to ensure the health and safety of the public. No additional compensation will be given for such work. o No unsafe condition shall be left without notification of City's authorized representative.
