Rancho California Water District (RCWD) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for asphalt pavement and concrete flowline replacement services at a District owned facility located at 28061 Diaz Road, Temecula, CA. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace deteriorated asphalt and concrete infrastructure to maintain safe and efficient site operations. The work will include demolition, grading, compaction, paving, concrete reconstruction, restriping, and, if selected, application of a protective sealcoat. All work shall be performed in accordance with prevailing wage requirements as specified by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Bidders must hold valid California contractor licenses appropriate to the scope of work and be currently registered with the DIR to perform public works projects. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per calendar day for each day the work extends beyond the 5-day completion window. Type of Award Lump Sum. License Requirements Class A General Contractors License with C-12 endorsement /or/ C-12 and C-8 Contractor Licenses. Project Duration 30 Days
