This project consists of design work for the demolition of two (2) existing water heaters and associated valves and piping and providing two (2) new rapid recovery water heaters and one (1) future water heater and associated valves, pumps and hot water and gas piping to serve Building A. Provide electrical and structural engineering design as required. In the manner and time prescribed in the approved Drawings dated September 18, 2024, Project Manual, and such addenda thereto as may be issue prior to bid opening date; including furnishing all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary therefor and incidental thereto, complete and ready for use, except as hereinafter otherwise provided. License required to bid the project: Class "C-36" - Plumbing License Contractor with a C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning License Sub-contractor. Work can be performed under a licensed sub-contractor; they must be identified on Bid Form 00 41 00 page 2 Contractors license number. Bid: Submit Lump Sum basis with allowances as set forth in Bid Forms. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
