IFPQ Flooring Removal & Installation Services, San Bernardino County Scope of Work Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Flooring Removal and Installation Services as described herein: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform flooring removal, preparation, installation, coating, and repair services at 16 Caltrans-owned properties; remove and legally dispose of existing flooring materials, base moldings, coatings, doors, and plumbing fixtures as required; prepare all subfloors and substrates; and install new laminate, vinyl plank, carpet, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), tile, base molding, and epoxy/polyaspartic coatings, including related components and accessories.
