It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one or more qualified consultants to supply and perform installation, repair, and maintenance of various flooring types, including tile, carpet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and other specialty flooring materials on a task authorization basis. Contractors will be pre-qualified based on experience, licensing and other criteria as described in Section V of the Request for Proposal. Pricing is not considered in the pre-qualification process.
