Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Competitive bids for the Sand Island State Recreation Area comfort station reroof phase 2. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Kato, Eric K. The work shall generally consist of repairs to various structures and facilities at Sand Island State Recreation Area, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope ofwork. Scope ofwork shall include, but not limited to reroofing comfort stations #2 & #3 to include upper and lower roofs. Overlay on existing roof: install cover board, fleeceback TPO 80 mil membrane with accessories; replace Base Bid: Install new roof on Comfort Station #2 Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State e-Procurement (HlePRO) system by 4:00 pm on April 28, 2025.
