The scope of work consists of the demolition of the Old Sky Chef Building at 3129 Ualena Street. The estimated cost of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 2:00 PM HT All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in online RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Lui, Joanne. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" and General Building "B", license at the time of bidding.
