COST RANGE 1,000,000 TO 5,000,000] This item of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction water disposal and compliance with State of Hawaii Department of Health and City and County of Honolulu regulations for discharges composed of storm water runoff associated with construction activity. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and installing complete in place pavement markers, reflectorized white and yellow traffic pavement striping and other markings in conformance to the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways", 2003 Edition (MUTCD), the "Traffic Standards Manual" of the Department of Transportation Services, July 1976 and these plans and specifications. This work shall also include the removing of existing pavement markers and removing or eradicating existing pavement striping and markings when called for in the plans and/or ordered by the Manager. The Contractor shall be responsible for field verifying all existing striping, pavement markings, and pavement markers and bringing any discrepancies to the Manager's attention. The Contractor shall restore all striping, pavement markings, and pavement markers as shown on the plans upon resurfacing the roadway The work consists of furnishing and paying for all labor, tools, equipment, and materials, for the installation of approximately 185 service laterals and appurtenances, all in accordance with the plans an specifications. The work will take place along Palolo Avenue from Kaau Street to the intersection with Kilihune Place, along Kekona Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Kehau place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Ahinahina Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along two unnamed streets (Northwest side) that connect at their Northwest ends and end at Palolo Ave, along another unnamed street (Southeast side) from Palolo Avenue to End, along Lamaloa Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along kanekopa Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Wiliama Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Palolo Terrace from Palolo Avenue to End, along Uilani Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Hoanoho Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Paliahina Place from Palolo Avenue to End, along Kilihune Place from Palolo Avenue to End.
