Site work for a water / sewer project in Wood River, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed WORK is officially known as Edwardsville Road Water Main Improvements - CDBG Phase 3 and is further described as follows: Construction of approximately 960 L.F. of 12" C900 PVC waterline, valves, fittings, hydrants, service connections, and connections to existing water lines. CONTRACT Time. The CONTRACTOR shall complete the work within 50 calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Method of Payment. Monthly upon submittal of Engineer approved pay estimates. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid made payable to City of Wood River. Rejection of Bids. The OWNER(S) reserves the right to waive technicalities or to reject any or all proposals as provided in Division I, Articles 2-6 and 2-12.
