As of July 11, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work shall consist of the removal and re-placement A Bid Bond is Not Required All proposals must be made on forms furnished by the City, and the entire set of documents submitted intact. The City of Wood River reserves the right to not open a sole bid and to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid for the work. The scope of work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove, properly dispose of the City Garage building roof, and installation of a new roof, as specified herein. Base Bid will be for the Main Roof. Add Alternate will include accessory roof replacement. See attached drawing. The contractor shall be responsible for determining all methods, equipment, investigations, and supervision to achieve the end product. The contractor shall perform all work on this project to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Services. All items of work such as mobilization, cleanup, restoration, etc. and non-work items such as bonds, insurance, etc. shall not be paid for separately but shall be considered as incidental to the cost of the Building Roof. A. Remove existing roofing to gypsum decking and properly dispose. B. Adhere 1 layer of 2" ISO roof insulation with low rise foam adhesive. C. Install new perimeter wood blocking as needed to match insulation thickness. D. Adhere 60mil TPO (white) with standard bonding adhesive. E. All flashings and details per manufacturer's specification. F. Provide and install new 24ga Kynar edge metals. G. Provide a 20 year manufacturer's roof warranty
