INTENT: The intent of this quote is to establish a term contract for the annual sprinkler equipment testing (wet and dry systems), inspection, repair and maintenance, scheduled and as needed, on a time and materials basis for the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Parks and Recreation Building Maintenance Division (PRBM) and Juneau International Airport (JNU). All services provided must be in compliance with National Fire Preventions Association (NFPA) code requirements. CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 with an automatic annual renewal period for four (4) additional years, with the final expiration date of June 30, 2030. Contractor may provide written notice to terminate the contract without penalty providing the notice is given sixty (60) days prior to the upcoming renewal period. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR: The contract administrator for this contract will be Nate Abbott, Building Maintenance Supervisor and Angelic Lopez-Campos, Juneau International Airport or upon notification, an alternative assigned designee.
