Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elma, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,600-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE: Modernization of approximately 8,600 sf of existing school building, and multipurpose building, and new gymnasium building. Sitework includes parking and driveway improvements, field drainage, upgraded ADA paths, perimeter fencing and security cameras. Septic work is limited to tie-ins for new plumbing fixtures. Representatives for the Owner and the Architect will be in attendance and available to answer questions. To be eligible to bid, all bidders must physically inspect the premises and familiarize themselves with all existing conditions. PREVAILING WAGE RATES: WA STATE PREVAILING WAGE RATES: Shall apply.
