Renovation of an educational facility in Elma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Re-roof the existing Middle School Gym with both TPO and asphalt shingles. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the project name, contractor's name, and the date. Bidding documents are prepared by the designated architect and are available online or for purchase as drawing sets. Addenda may be issued for clarification or revision, and any costs resulting from Addenda should be included in the bid sum. All questions must be submitted in writing to the architect's office by the specified deadline. Bidders are bound by their bids for 45 calendar days following the bid opening. A. Summary Project Description: Re-roof the existing Middle School Gym with both TPO and asphalt shingles.. B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and renovation. C. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Last Request for Information Due: Friday October 24, 2025, 12:00 PM Direct all questions in writing to Aaron Gozart at the office of the Architect, email aaron@harborarchitects.com . Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete all the Work under a single, lump sum contract for Elma School District No. 68, located at 805 W Main Street, as shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Items of the Work include, but are not limited to: 1. Replacement of roof, including TPO and asphalt shingles.
