Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Elma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Elma School District is seeking proposals from experienced firms for Project Design & Management services for the Community Athletic Fields Development project, funded by a Washington State RCO grant. The selected consultant will oversee the development of a multi-purpose athletic complex, featuring 15 natural turf fields (sizes youth to high school), two with lighting systems, irrigation, fencing, and signage. Applicants must demonstrate RCO Grant Experience, knowledge of RCO Manuals 4, 7, and 8, and the ability to coordinate the required Cultural Resources Survey in compliance with Executive Order 21-02. This solicitation follows federal and state competitive procurement principles (2 C.F.R. Part 200) and requires the successful bidder to comply with RCW 39.12 regarding state prevailing wages. All contracts will include clauses for federal and state nondiscrimination laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Proposers must certify they are not on the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries "Debarred Contractor List."
