Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Schedule A: 680 linear feet of paved roadway on North F Street from East Young Street to Oakhurst Drive in Elma, Washington. These improvements include roadway excavation; removal of existing storm utilities, catch basin and storm drain piping installations; installation of bioretention facilities; installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways, ADA ramps; full depth pavement reclamation and cement treated base; HMA Pavement; signing; striping. Schedule B: Installation of approximately 20 linear feet of 4-inch water main, 35 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 665 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 3 fire hydrants, water services, valves, fittings, and appurtenances, abandonment of existing water utilities, and restoration along F Street, as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The City of Elma will set their clock based on online. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Elma.
