Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Bridge Replacement Project". Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a one (1) year Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost and may be submitted with the Bid Proposal. The Owner requires that all design and construction work associated with the project be completed before October 30th, 2026. EDGE Goal 5% No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of (60) days after the opening thereof. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best Bidder as determined by the Marion County Board of Commissioners in the best interest of the County.
