The Village of Elmwood Park, Illinois (Village) is in need of professional engineering services to complete Phase II (Design) and Phase III (Construction) Engineering for the Grand Avenue at Metra/CPKC Railway Grade Separation project. The Village will not be accepting any requests for in-person or virtual meetings or discussions concerning this RFQ after advertisement. Any questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted/received by 4:00 PM (CST) on Monday, April 21, 2025 at kparrilli@elmwoodpark.org. A response to all questions received will be posted to the above location on the Village's website by 4:00 PM (CST) on Monday, April28, 2025. It is the responsibility of the respondent to retrieve all posted documents and responses to questions from the Village's website. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
