A. The Project will consist of an exterior and interior remodel of an existing 32,688 S.F. PEMB structure for Reserve Vehicle Facility. Exterior scope includes removal of existing coiling door and replacing with new sectional doors. Patching window and restriping the parking lot. With a new septic system for the facility. Interior scope included demolition existing wall, restroom, kitchen area, lighting, acoustical ceiling tile & patching up window. We are adding new lighting , acoustical ceiling, dayroom, kitchen, dining, officer office, dorms, restroom, watch office, laundry room, and storage. The address of the project is 5411 FM 2855, Brookshire, Texas 77423.A. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. Proposals not submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal requirements shall not be scored or considered. No late submissions shall be considered. The undersigned Bidder agrees to commence work within 10 days of the date of a written Notice to Proceed. It is understood that the Work is to be Substantially Complete within Two-Hundred Forty Five (245) Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
