Construction of Jordan Ranch JR Phase 07 Section 54 Landscape for Fulshear Municipal Utility District No. 3A, Fort Bend County, Texas. Scope of Wor k of the Contract includes the following: Concrete Trails, grading,sprinkler irrigation, planting,grassing, and landscape maintenance.Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check,acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7)days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 QA - 6/16/25: do not include soil amendment in your bids for turf. Curb ramps are existing on site. You are encouraged to visit the site for accurate take-offs for the corners.
