Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Brookshire, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of one (1) 66,000-gallon factory coated, flat panel, bolted steel ground storage tank (GST) with foundation; one (1) 400 gpm booster pump installed on separate skid parallel to the existing booster pump station; installation of perforated fill lines at the two (2) existing GSTs and one (1) proposed GST; onsite plant piping, valves, fittings, thrust blocks, pipe supports, pressure testing, and bacteriological testing; protective coatings for all facilities; concrete slab and sidewalks; electrical and control work; drainage swale and site grading; hydro-mulching seeding; and all additional items needed for a completely functional water plant facility, as specified and as shown in the drawings.
