Remodeling of a water / sewer project in Corbin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids for the complete rehabilitation of the Southeast KY Industrial Park Water Storage Tank and the Tri-County Industrial Park Water Storage Tank together with all related work. Upon review of the above requested information and after a determination that the prospective bidder is satisfactory to the City Utilities Commission, the prospective bidder will be approved to submit a bid for the project. Any bid submitted by a contractor that is not prequalified by the City Utilities Commission will not be accepted. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to third quarter 2025. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
